Mallory is committed to driving environmental change in the agriculture industry. She partners with organizations throughout the country to develop and facilitate educational events, networking opportunities, and access to technical assistance for regeneratively-minded farmers. Mallory is particularly focused on applying social science methods to developing system level solutions to the environmental problems that result from industrial agriculture practices.
Mallory is serving as the National Program Director for the Organic Agronomy Training Service, leading the development of a training program for agronomists, crop consultants, and extension educators in organic grain production methods. She is also working with the Pasture Project at the Wallace Center to lead the development of a statewide strategy for regenerative grazing in Illinois and mobilizing stakeholders in the Embarras watershed to form a working group to promote regenerative grazing at the watershed level.
